To be eligible for the clinical training sessions you must:
Clinical training sessions take place after completion of the 5-day theory course. The sessions are direct hands-on training at SHINE SA clinics, with support from senior SHINE SA clinicians.
SHINE SA is a secondary referral centre for sexual and reproductive health. The clinics will extend your practical skills and knowledge.
Clinical training is applied for on the assumption of the above eligibility criteria and can be refused or terminated due to lack of basic competency.
The FPAA National Certificate in Reproductive & Sexual Health for Doctors is awarded on successful completion of both the theoretical and clinical modules.
A SHINE SA Statement of Attendance is awarded to participants who have completed the theory module.
